CobrazoTech Mail ("we", "us", "our") provides email hosting, domain mailbox management, and related tools at mail.cobrazotech.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Domain & Mailbox Data. To provide email hosting, we collect the domains you add, the mailboxes and aliases you create, and associated DNS configuration. Mailbox passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing/encryption.
Email Content. Because we host your mailboxes, email messages sent and received through those mailboxes pass through and are stored on our mail servers. We do not read, scan, or analyze the content of your emails for advertising or profiling purposes. Access is limited to what's necessary to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service.
Payment Information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect payment method, transaction reference, and amount. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials — these are handled by our payment partners (e.g., M-Pesa, PayPal, or your bank, depending on the method you choose).
Usage Data. We automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, to operate and secure the Service.
Free Tools. Our free tools (MX Lookup, Temp Mail, DNS Generator, Header Analyzer, Blacklist Checker, Port Checker) may process the domain names, headers, or temporary addresses you submit solely to return results to you. Temporary email addresses and their messages are automatically deleted after their stated expiry window.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. Some pages on the Service display advertising served by third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. We do not control these third-party cookies directly please refer to your ad blocker or browser settings if you'd prefer not to receive personalized ads.

We retain your account and mailbox data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a domain or mailbox, associated data is removed from active systems, though backups may persist for a limited period for disaster-recovery purposes. Temporary email addresses and messages are deleted automatically per the tool's stated retention window. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our servers are located and operated as described in our infrastructure. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in a country other than your own, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
